NOTE:

The VXE mouse defaults to a maximum 1000Hz polling rate. The 4000Hz polling rate is only available with the 4KHz receiver.

As VXE mouse and 1K receiver come from different manufacturers, some of the mouse and 1K receiver did not finish pairing before leaving the factory, buyers need to do the pairing operation manually.

This is not a product quality issue. If the above steps do not solve the problem, please contact us.

Procedure:

(1)Connect the mouse to the computer through the cable (do not use the 1KHz receiver).

(2) Turn on the V HUB, follow the instructionsin V HUB, turn on the receiver pairing function.

(3)According to the instructions of V HUB, connect the 1KH receiver to the computer via USB, and then pull out the 1KHz receiver.

(4)1KHz receiver and mouse finish pairing, you can use 2.4G wireless function.
